  1. Check status page — Is there a known issue?
  2. Don’t panic restart — Repeated restarts can make things worse
  3. Wait for updates — We post updates every 15-30 minutes during major issues
  4. Inform your players — Let them know you’re aware and waiting for resolution
  • ❌ Don’t submit multiple support tickets for the same issue
  • ❌ Don’t repeatedly restart your server
  • ❌ Don’t make configuration changes during an outage
  • ❌ Don’t assume your server is broken — check status first

After maintenance completes:

  1. Check your server status in the panel
  2. Verify it shows Online
  3. Try connecting to your server
  4. Check the console for any errors

After maintenance, if your server won’t start:

  1. Wait 5 minutes — sometimes startup is delayed
  2. Check the console for errors
  3. Try a manual Restart from the panel
  4. If still not working, contact support

We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for all services. This means:

  • Maximum expected downtime: ~8.76 hours per year
  • Scheduled maintenance is excluded from SLA calculations
  • Emergency maintenance counts toward SLA

For full SLA details, see Infrastructure Status & SLA.

You can view past incidents and maintenance on our status page:
