Billing & Account Management FAQ
Answers to the most common billing, subscription, and account questions.
Invoices & Payment Methods
Section titled “Invoices & Payment Methods”- Accepted methods: Major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and ACH (for annual Premium/Creator Labs contracts). Contact billing@mambahost.com for PO/invoice workflows.
- Invoice timing: Monthly invoices post on your signup date; annual plans bill upfront. PDF copies are emailed to the account owner and available in the panel under Billing → Invoices.
- Custom invoicing: Enterprise/Creator Labs can request consolidated invoices across services (game servers + bots + Creator Labs) by emailing billing@mambahost.com.
- Taxes: Prices exclude VAT/GST. If you’re in a taxable region, the panel collects necessary details during checkout.
Plan Changes
Section titled “Plan Changes”- Upgrades: You can upgrade tiers (Starter → Pro → Premium) instantly from the panel. We prorate charges based on time remaining in the current billing cycle.
- Downgrades: Allowed at the end of a billing cycle. Ensure CPU/RAM usage fits the smaller tier before requesting a downgrade to avoid throttling.
- Switching products: When launching a new game template, use Create Server; the old server remains active until you delete it. Data isn’t auto-migrated—back up worlds/configs first.
- Creator Labs bundles: Upgrades/downgrades require a ticket because they include multiple services (site + bot + server).
Refund Policy
Section titled “Refund Policy”- Monthly plans: 7-day refund window for new services if they can’t meet documented requirements and support can’t resolve the issue.
- Annual plans: Refunds handled case-by-case; typically prorated minus a cancellation fee.
- Add-ons (domains, SSL, external integrations): Non-refundable once provisioned.
- To request a refund, email billing@mambahost.com with server ID, timeline, and troubleshooting steps already taken.
Usage Analytics & Statements
Section titled “Usage Analytics & Statements”- Resource graphs: The panel shows daily CPU/RAM/Network usage for each container.
- Exporting data: Download CSVs from the panel or leverage the API (upon request) for custom reporting.
- Creator Labs KPI dashboards: Available via n8n workflows—contact support to activate.
- Billing statements: Quarterly summaries can be emailed on request for accounting purposes.
Referral & Affiliate Payouts
Section titled “Referral & Affiliate Payouts”- Models: Recurring (10% for 12 months), bounty ($2.50 per signup), or hybrid (5% + $1.50) with Bronze/Silver/Gold tiers.
- Tracking: Referral dashboard lives under https://panel.mambahost.com/referrals (requires enabled account).
- Payouts: Issued monthly via PayPal once you hit the $25 threshold.
- Switching models: Open a ticket with affiliate ID and desired model/tier.
Account Ownership & Access
Section titled “Account Ownership & Access”- Primary owner: The signup email is the legal owner. Transfer ownership by emailing billing@mambahost.com from both old and new addresses.
- Sub-users: Create scoped panel accounts (billing-only, deployment-only, etc.) under My Account → Users.
- Security: Enable MFA. If you lose access, use the account recovery link or contact support with proof of ownership (invoices, ID, company email).
Common Tasks
Section titled “Common Tasks”- Update payment method: Panel → Billing → Payment Methods.
- Download invoices: Panel → Billing → Invoices → Download PDF.
- Pause/Downgrade service: Schedule at cycle end or contact billing for immediate cancellation (data is deleted upon cancellation).
- Request usage report: Email billing@mambahost.com with date range + server IDs; allow 2 business days.
