When am I billed?
Section titled “When am I billed?”- Monthly plans: Billed on your signup date each month
- Annual plans: Billed upfront for the full year
Where can I find my invoices?
Section titled “Where can I find my invoices?”Go to Panel → Billing → Invoices to view and download PDF copies. Invoices are also emailed to your account email.
Do you charge taxes?
Section titled “Do you charge taxes?”Prices shown exclude VAT/GST. If you’re in a taxable region, applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
Changing Your Plan
Section titled “Changing Your Plan”Can I upgrade my plan?
Section titled “Can I upgrade my plan?”Yes. Upgrades are instant and take effect immediately. You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Section titled “Can I downgrade my plan?”Yes. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Before downgrading, make sure your resource usage fits within the smaller plan’s limits to avoid throttling.
How do I switch to a different game?
Section titled “How do I switch to a different game?”- Back up your current server (worlds, configs, files)
- Create a new server with the game you want
- Delete the old server when you’re ready
Data isn’t automatically migrated between game types — back up anything you want to keep.
Refunds & Cancellation

To request a refund, email billing@mambahost.com with your server ID, what went wrong, and what troubleshooting you tried.
How do I cancel my service?
Section titled “How do I cancel my service?”- Go to Panel → Your Server → Settings
- Click Cancel Service or contact billing@mambahost.com
Account & Security
Section titled “Account & Security”How do I add team members?
Section titled “How do I add team members?”Create sub-users with limited permissions:
- Go to Panel → My Account → Users
- Click Add User
- Enter their email and select permissions (view only, file access, full control, etc.)
How do I transfer account ownership?
Section titled “How do I transfer account ownership?”Email billing@mambahost.com from both the current and new owner’s email addresses. Include the account email and server IDs to transfer.
I lost access to my account
Section titled “I lost access to my account”- Try the password reset link on the login page
- If that doesn’t work, contact support@mambahost.com with:
- Your account email
- Proof of ownership (recent invoice, payment confirmation, or company email)
Referral Program
Section titled “Referral Program”Earn commissions by referring new customers to Mamba Host.
